We are looking for reliable, friendly, hardworking and down to earth people to join us.

Site takedown

If you are interested in helping with site takedown please read the terms and conditions below.

  • You would be required to purchase your ticket for the festival beforehand, you will then be reimbursed once you have filled your quota of work at site takedown.
  • You must be prepared to work minimum of 12 hours during site takedown, in exchange you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket . (Weekend pass with camping)
  • You would be required to fill in a time sheet and have it signed off for each period of work that you do. You will not receive your ticket until your minimum hours are completed.
  • You will be given a health and safety briefing before starting work and you must be vigilant and health & safety conscious at all times.
  • You must co-operate fully with team leaders and festival organisers.

Festival stewarding

If you are interested in stewarding over the festival weekend please read the terms and conditions below.

  • You must be aged 18 years or older on or before 16th July 2009
  • You must be prepared to work approx. 12 hours over the weekend of the festival in exchange for your ticket. (Full weekend pass with camping)
  • You would be required to be available on Thursday 16th July for Health and Safety briefing. If you fail to arrive for this you will not be able to steward.
  • You are required to be vigilant and health & safety conscious at all times whilst on duty
  • You must co-operate fully with team leaders and festival organisers at all times
  • Your children will not be able to accompany you whilst on duty.
  • You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance whilst on duty.
  • We do not charge deposits as we are small friendly community festival please don’t abuse our trust and ruin this system for future volunteers. You will not be allowed to volunteer again and may be asked to leave the site if you do not do what you have agreed to.
  • You may be required to have a CRB check if you will be working with children.
  • We have limited space for camper vans if you wish to bring one you will need a camper van pass.

Sheep Music site setup

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has offered their services on the site setup, we really appreciate it.

We have filled our requirements for site setup crew, if you are still interested in working at Sheep Music we are still looking for stewards and a crew for site takedown. (see above)
